Refund & Dispute Policy

All engagements are governed by individual contracts. Fees for completed work are non-refundable. If a dispute arises regarding deliverables or billing, contact us directly and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel an engagement per the terms of the governing contract. Work completed prior to cancellation is billable.
